Here is a photo of a POA (Pony of America) pony we went to ride on Saturday. She is a 5 year old registered large pony and very quiet. We are seriously considering buying her and selling Stella. She is large enough she could carry an adult, but small enough for Leah and Julia to ride in pony club. She was very nice and quiet, just a little green with steering. Wow! she is definitely a dot-to-dot pony. I'm sure that she can be trained on the correct reining techniques. She will be something that Julia can grow up with (if you don't sell her for something else).
