Knee Update

I got the results from my MRI on my knee. I did tear the ACL (ligament) and the only way to repair it is to have surgery. I could choose not to have the surgery but I would have to limit my activities. If I choose to have the surgery, it will include about 8 months of dedicated rehabilitation. I am not sure what I am going to do, so if you all would please pray for me regarding that I would appreciate it.

Safety First

The Siebenthals are sticklers for safety. As you can see by these photos, they go all out to stay out of harm's way. Seriously, isn't that a dedicated photographer who will lay down in the path of a dangerous machine to get a good picture?!

Happy Campers

As we packed our luggage to leave for vacation, I asked,
"Who wants to ride on the trailer while we drive to Illinois?"

BREAKING NEWS

Jim went on his first horse ride with us since we have been married! He put on his hockey helmet, and dirtbike chest protector, and rode Sierra for a short ride. The really amazing thing: he said he LIKED it and he would do it AGAIN! Isn't God good???

Vacation

We have safely arrived home from our vacation. We are blessed with a kind and hospitable family and all of us enjoyed our time in Illinois with them. I am hoping to post some photos of the highlights, but am having trouble with (a) not enough time at home, and (b) Picasa or my computer is not letting me post pictures!

Anyway, some of our hightlights include: riding dirtbikes with the Baurers, shopping, going to the Grossology museum, boating with the Siebenthals, riding dirtbikes with the Baurers, seeing Aunt Linda's horses, going with LuAnn on the bike ride, riding dirtbikes with the Baurers, eating at Monicals, having coffee at Caseys, the Siebenthal family get-together, swimming at the Baurer's pool, and (did I mention this?) riding dirtbikes with the Baurers!

Thanks to everyone for all you did for us! We love you all!
